More Movie Passes To Be WON!!

Posted on: March 4th, 2010 by carolyn

A.M.P.R. has come through again with more movie passes, for more cities across Canada!!  This time it is to see A Shine of Rainbows, starring Aidan Quinn and Connie Nielsen.  I have three passes for each city listed. WOO HOO!

The Victoria screening will be held on Thursday March 25th at 6:30pm at the Capitol 6 Empire, 805 Yates Street.

The Vancouver screening will be held on Wednesday April 7th at 7:00pm at the Cinemark Tinseltown, 88 West Pender.

The Edmonton screening will be held on Saturday March 20th at 10:30am at the City Centre 9 Empire, 10200 102nd Avenue.

The Calgary screening will be held on Saturday March 20th at 10:30am at the Empire Studio 16 Country Hills, 388 Country Hills Blvd. N.E.

The Winnipeg screening will be held on Monday March 29th at 6:30pm at the Grant Park 8 Empire, 1120 Grant Avenue.

The Toronto screening will be held on Monday April 5th at 7:00pm at the AMC Yonge & Dundas Square 24, 10 Dundas Street East.

The Halifax screening will be held on Saturday March 27th at 10:30am at the Empire 17 Bayers Lake Empire, 190 Chain Lake Drive.

If you live in the Victoria, Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto or Halifax region and are interested in attending a preview screening of A Shine of Rainbows, watch the trailer below, leave a comment with the city you wish to win for and the movie you need a box of tissues to watch.  One entry per person please.  Contest ends Friday March 12th at 11:59pm.  NOTE: If you are selected as a winner, you must respond to the notification email ASAP, as A.M.P.R. will be mailing out the movie passes and we do not want them arriving late.

ENTRY TIP: It is very important to follow the blog contest rules.  Several people did not follow the rules for my last movie pass blog contest and were disqualified.  They did not list the city they wished to win passes for, and without the city, I was unable to include them in the drawing.

P.S. I will be attending the screening in Toronto.  Nothing like a well acted tear jerker.

ENJOY, GOOD LUCK & HAVE FUN!

PRIZE UPDATE: Originally St. John’s was on the prize list, but unfortunately the preview was cancelled by the distributor.  To make up for it, AMPR donated two copies of Flashpoint Season 2 on DVD so those that had already entered would have the opportunity to win something.
