As many of us have more time to pursue activities that have sat on the back burner, it’s the perfect time to update or upgrade your sweepstakes hobby. For the next few months, every Saturday I will feature a different sweepstakes aggregate/newsletter/website for you to try something new, plus win a prize they donate.
In 2016 I wrote the following about Sweeping America in How To Win Cash, Cars, Trips & More!:
Donna Ralph started Sweeping America in 2003 after her mom, Judy McCurdy an avid sweeper, suggested there had to be a way to get new Sweepstakes into people’s hands more quickly.
Sweeping America specializes in mail-in sweepstakes (that are thriving), text entries, and a feature they call Gold Rush highlighting local, regional and restricted giveaways. Remember to keep your eye on your email inbox as Donna will send out an ALERT if entering sweepstakes before the next Weekly Issue gives subscribers a greater opportunity to win.
Like a restaurant that is the best-kept secret in your town, it’s been quietly dishing up fabulous sweepstakes with better odds to hundreds of winning subscribers for over a decade.

Lots has changed since then! So much so, that when I update my book I’ll have to change the whole blurb!
The newsletter has an easier to read/navigate format. They added a forum so subscribers can connect and contribute. There is a Gold Rush section that features giveaways that are regional, have restrictions or a short-entry period. There is a Text-2-Win section plus a Mine-2-Win section where you find all the sweepstakes you choose to follow.
