This page is a re-creation of the Recommended Reading section of Contesting: The Name It & Claim It Game. If you would like additional help in discovering your destiny, countless good readers, intuitives, psychics, and mediums that specialize in astrology, numerology, oracles, energy work, feng shui, etc. Begin with this resource list and go from there.

Until recently, I did not know of anyone offering the type of Blueprints Helene created. It is why I included her articles in The Name It & Claim It Game, with the hope that you will glean insight into your own path.

Then psychic medium, Sarah Jordon, following her intuition, contacted me about recreating, as closely as possible, Helene’s Blueprints. .

The Silva Mind Control Method

Helene was not only friends with José Silva for over 30 years, but at one point, she was his Assistant and PR Manager. If you have any trouble mastering SPEC, then you must read José’s book as his teaching is what SPEC is derived from, although clearly, she put her own spin on it.

Although Helene had never read this book, she did mention it. She did so to show the progression of passing knowledge forward. Each teacher leads you to the next. Each lesson learned can be updated and modernized for the next generation of students.

The Power of the Subconscious Mind

Not only was Helene friends with Jose Silva, but she was also friends with Dr. Joseph Murphy. As Helene stated, it’s good to repeat the same lessons several times to solidify them in your mind. It is also good to hear similar lessons from different teachers. Sometimes hearing the same concept presented from a slightly different angle, helps you more fully grasp the idea.

The Law of Attraction

If you have trouble removing doubt from the equation as Helene instructs, then Michael’s book is a must-read. His is the How-To Law of Attraction book, taking you through the process step-by-step, including how to manifest your desires by allowing.

Helene loved Joe. She thought he was very dynamic. The weekend I was with Helene, we reached out to Joe to see if we could hang out with him. Alas, it was not meant to be. If you read any of his books, you will understand why Helene liked him as a teacher.

Similar to Helene, Louise healed herself. Her experience was so profound, not only did she write this book, along with many others, Louise founded a publishing firm, Hay House. This book is a fantastic introduction to the mind-body-spirit connection.
