If you’ve been in the hobby for a while, you already know SweepSheet. It’s the longest-running sweepstakes newsletter in the United States.

Sandy Gulliver launched SweepSheet at the very first National Sweepstakes Convention in 1989. In 2008, Patti Osterheld carried it forward into the online and social media era. After Patti’s passing in 2020, her best friend Christi Rechtsteiner stepped in to continue the legacy.

That kind of longevity doesn’t happen by accident.

And now, SweepSheet has rolled out a website update that brings it fully into today’s digital sweepstakes world. (I embedded their walkthrough video below.)

Here’s what’s new and improved.

LISTINGS PAGE
The Listings Page is where strategy really comes into play. You can filter by category, prize type, entry type, frequency, state eligibility, date, and keyword. That means you’re not randomly clicking through pages. You’re making intentional choices.

You know I’m always talking about odds and efficiency. When you can filter by daily entries or by specific prize categories, you immediately improve how you spend your time. This is key to maximizing the number of entries you can submit in the least amount of time.

Each sweepstakes card shows key details at a glance. Hover to see entry types, states, and prize information. It makes it much easier to decide what you want to enter.

DASHBOARD
This is essentially your sweepstaking command center. You can save sweeps, track your entry history, record wins, manage your print queue, and adjust your filters.

If you already like being organized, you’ll appreciate this. If you’re still working on organization, this system helps you become more consistent, and consistency is what produces wins.

The notification system is also helpful. You’ll get alerts when award days are approaching or when new sweepstakes match your filters. That keeps opportunities from slipping through the cracks.

CONVERSATION CORNER
This is the heartbeat of SweepSheet. Thousands of sweepers connecting, sharing tips, celebrating wins, and helping one another avoid pitfalls.

Community is one of the most underrated parts of this hobby. When you surround yourself with other sweepers, you stay motivated and you learn faster.

Members also receive weekly updates from Christi with tips, news, and Prime Picks. That helps you focus on high-quality opportunities instead of chasing everything.

CONTEST VETTING
Here’s the part I truly appreciate: every sweepstakes listed is reviewed by real people. They check legitimacy, confirm deadlines, and verify entry requirements. In a world filled with questionable promotions and potential scams, human review matters. Also, new sweepstakes are added throughout the day, which keeps the listings current.

The hobby has evolved. Mail-in became online. Online expanded into social media. Now we’re in an era where filtering, tracking, and smart systems separate casual entering from consistent winning.

SweepSheet has evolved with it. You’re not just getting a list. You’re getting structure, verification, and community.

And as I always say, you can’t win if you don’t enter, and one key is using the right tools to increase your odds.
